When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You should receive a tracking # via email once your order ships.

Where are you located?

We are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary, however, all orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. According to the US Postal Service, orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail arrive to most US destinations within 2-6 days; orders shipped via USPS Priority should arrive to most US destinations within 1-3 days. 

How do I make a change to my order?

Once an order is successfully placed, it is not likely that we will be able to make changes to the order or cancel the order. 

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request. 

What is your return / Exchange Policy?

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking number. Please email is to request a return authorization.
